Vision: This event is designed to recruit and retain school psychologists in NC by providing a professional learning and networking opportunity for interns focusing on early career success.
Outcomes:
- Interns will leave with actionable strategies to prevent burnout, maintain work-life balance, and manage the unique challenges of their early careers in school psychology
- Interns will connect with peers and professionals across the region, fostering relationships that can provide connection, collaboration, and support throughout their careers
